About Us
Mickey and I met at Herzing College in September 2004. Mickey was going for
a business management degree, and I was going for computer programming. We
were in a couple general classes together. Mickey and I became friends, and we
eventually started dating (thanks to Natalie Boynton who tried to IM chat with
Mickey but got me, then asked if we were dating so we actually had to decide if
we were "official"). Three years later, I just happened to be sitting at the
computer again when Mickey turned me around and asked me to marry him.

So here we are today, just a few weeks from the wedding. Mickey is going to
school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for Interior Design and should
graduate next summer.  He is currently working at The Stool Store selling bar
stools, and he has an internship with the State of Wisconsin updating the
electronic drawings of state owned buildings.  I just recently graduated from
UW-Madison with a degree in Cartography/GIS.  I am still working at the US
Geological Survey with publications and databases.  Mickey and I bought a
house in December, and we are trying to fix it up as we get the time and money.  
With our move to the new house, we lost two of my fish so now I only have 3
left. But the three remaining fish are enjoying the new larger tank and extra
room.  To complete our little family, we decided to adopt some "children".  
Wynne is a 6 month old Sheltie/Papillion mix that we adopted in February.  
Louie is a 2.5 year old Rottweiler/Boxer mix that we adopted in May.
